Meet the Team
Rolf Henn
Site Director
Rolf Henn is the Site Director with eCMMS. His responsibilities include complete operations oversite. Rolf serves as the primary customer relationship manager. He has over 30 years of manufacturing experience spanning light industrial to heavy manufacturing. Rolf joined the business in 1998 as a Process Engineer and has held positions of increasing responsibility leading up to his current position.
Rolf is a long standing board member of a local association and is an active member of several advisory boards including ECPI’s Mechatronics program, VMA’s Workforce Development committee, and serves as a guest speaker for VCU’s engineering program.
Rolf is a 1994 graduate of Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Rolf also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt designation and is currently completing his MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Thaer Almasri
Senior Operations Manager
Thaer Almasri is the Senior Operations Manager with eCMMS. Thaer has over 15 years of manufacturing experience.
Thaer is an active member of VCU Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering Industrial Advisory Board. He is an adjunct faculty member for the College of Engineering at Virginia Commonwealth University.
Thaer graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2001 and a M.S. Degree in 2003. He also pursued coursework and completed his qualifying tests toward his Ph. D. at Virginia Commonwealth University. Thaer also holds a Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Black Belt designations and he is currently completing his MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Wendy L. Bosher
Quality Systems Manager
Wendy Bosher is the Quality Systems Manager with eCMMS. Her responsibilities include overall direction for plant quality strategies, driving the plant continuous improvement culture, and maintaining our ISO 9001 Certification. Wendy has over 25 years of management and quality control, experience. Prior to her work at eCMMS, Wendy served as the Lab Systems Manager and The ISO Manager at a printing ink manufacturer Zeller+Gmelin. As a member of the leadership team at Zeller + Gmelin for 26 years she transformed their Quality Control processes and lab operations through well-managed practices and enhanced corporation-wide procedures through ISO, OSHA, and Safety protocol implementation.
Wendy joined the eCMMs team in May 2021 and is excited to leverage her experience and expertise to deliver high-quality products, foster positive team morale, and lead continued success.
Kevin Dick
Senior Business Manager
Kevin Dick is the Senior Business Manager with eCMMS. His responsibilities’ include Logistics, Business Development, and supply chain oversite. Kevin brings over 30 years of operations and warehousing experience. Kevin joined the business in 2000 and has been involved in international plant startups and supply chain initiatives.
Prior to working for eCMMS, Kevin was the Plant Manager at Unilever, and held several leadership positions in the food manufacturing business. Kevin is a 1984 graduate of Kansas State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. He received a certificate in Transportation and Logistics Management from the University of Richmond.
Steve Jones
Materials, Planning, and Information Systems Manager
Steve Jones is the Materials, Planning, and Information Systems Manager with eCMMS. His responsibilities include material procurement, vendor management, SAP Planning and oversight of IT operations. Steve has over 21 years of service at the operation, and over 35 years in Information Systems and Logistics experience. Prior to working for eCMMS, Steve was the Client Systems Manager for Ericson Telcom and also held management positions spanning multiple levels of manufacturing.
Steve joined the operation in 1997 and was integral to the operations successful start-up that year. Since that time, he has supported the operation through management positions in Logistics, Planning, and Information Technology Systems.
Missie Murdock
Manager of Human Resources
Missie Murdock is the Manager of Human Resources with eCMMS. Her responsibilities include Human Resources and training for the site. Missie has over 25 years of experience in the field of Human Resources in a variety of strategic leadership roles in diverse business sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, retail and non-profit.
Missie is very active in SHRM where she currently serves in an officer role on the Board of Virginia SHRM and is a Past-President of the local SHRM chapter, Richmond SHRM. She holds the following certifications in the field of Human Resources: SHRM-Senior Certified Professional and Senior Professional in Human Resources. In the past, Missie has served as adjunct faculty for the School of Business at Virginia Commonwealth University where she taught SHRM’s certification class to students studying to obtain a professional designation in Human Resources.
Missie graduated from the College of William and Mary with a B.A. in Government and pursued coursework toward an MBA at Illinois State University.
Cliff White
Finance Manager
Cliff White is the Finance Manager with eCMMS. His responsibilities include finance oversight for the operation, developing business financial strategies, and evaluating business opportunities for the operation. Cliff has over 25 years of accounting experience in manufacturing environments. He joined the business in 2005 and has had responsibility for all plant financial matters.
Cliff has been a member of the Virginia Board of Accountancy since 1990. Cliff graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Economics in 1988. He also received his Certified Public Accountant License that same year.
